A 1-part, electrically conductive adhesive that is thermosetting, fast-curing and ideal for use in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) inlay manufacturing.
LOCTITE® ABLESTIK XCE 3111 is a silver, conductive adhesive paste designed for attaching die straps to aerials in RFID inlay applications. It's particularly suitable for reel-to-reel production lines and high-speed jetting or printing applications, allowing exceptional fine-pitch resolution. It has a long work life and cures fast when exposed to heat.
