A 1-part, sprayable adhesive with high electrical and thermal conductivity. Designed to achieve robust electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance with extremely thin coating thickness at a single micrometer level for package-level shielding applications.
For excellent EMI shielding performance with extremely thin, sprayable coating thickness, try LOCTITE® ABLESTIK EMI 8880S. This electrically conductive adhesive has robust adhesion to mould compound, epoxy, copper, gold and silver surfaces and, when spray-coated, can be atomised to very fine droplets for excellent uniformity at low to high coating thicknesses (controllable via equipment parameters).
