BERGQUIST® LIQUI BOND TLB SA1800

BERGQUIST® LIQUI BOND TLB SA1800 is a one component, silicone based, thermally conductive liquid adhesive. This product exhibits low viscosity which allows for ease of screening or stenciling. It offers high strength bonds, eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners. This product also offers mild elastic properties which assists in relieving CTE stresses during thermal cycling. The high shear strength of the bond ensures stability even in severe environmental conditions.
